Our first appointment will be dedicated to understand what brought you to therapy, your current needs, goals and expectations. During this session you will have the opportunity to ask me any questions you might have and decide if you are comfortable to begin this journey with me.
The typical counseling session takes place weekly or once every other week. Sessions may be scheduled more or less frequently based on client’s needs.

I am only providing teletherapy at this time. I will keep this page updated to inform you if/when I will return to in person sessions.
Fees can vary based on the approach used and the type of therapy (Individual, Couple, Family, EMDR).
Individual therapy (45 minutes) – $150
Couples/Family therapy (60 minutes) – $175
I am happy to be able to offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments online in these challenging times. Please ask me about this.
Payment & Cancellations
I accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo. I am an out of network provider, and I do not accept insurance, however, I can provide a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. That means some insurance companies will cover all or part of my services. To determine if you have mental health coverage, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:
What are my mental health benefits?
Does my insurance cover out-of-network providers?
If yes, what is the coverage amount per session?
Do I need to meet a deductible before my benefits kick-in?
Is approval required from my primary care doctor?
Please notify me by phone-call at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Because your time is specifically reserved for you, cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of your full fee for the missed session.
